Lyron is an experienced Chief Executive Officer skilled in Disease Management, Business Planning, Revenue Cycle Analysis, Payer Relationships, DME and Sleep Medicine. He is a strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Business Administration and Management, from Wilmington University. In addition, as a Certified Nurse Practioner, Lyron brings the unique perspective of a care provider to his insights and proficiency in business management.
HELEN LYNCH – Controller
Helen has over 30 years’ experience in accounting, finance and business management in both public and private concerns. After starting in public accounting, Helen has worked in various industries including manufacturing, business to business sales, professional services, government contracting and healthcare. She is trained in most accounting software platforms and is experienced in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, vendor liaison, government liaison; and accounting, clerical and administrative staff management.
CHRISTINE McNIER – Senior Billing Team Lead – Trainer
Christine has 15 years’ experience in the Medical Billing & Coding environment, including experience with patient registration, charge entry, insurance verification, authorizations, coding, collections, reporting, schedule management, accounts receivable, staff training and supervising AR team operations. Christine has the knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle, billing, collections, Medicare and Medicaid, and third-party payers. She has worked with many practice areas including Diagnostic Imaging & Radiology, Ophthalmology, Family Medicine, Pain Management, Dermatology, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pediatrics, Sleep Medicine, Primary Care, Nutritional Health, Gynecology, Neurology, Colon & Rectal Surgery, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Regenerative Medicine. PATRICIA ZAMUDIO – Reimbursement Specialist
Patricia has over 15 years’ experience in the Medical reimbursement posting field, which includes Patient payments, Insurance payments, and credit card payments, staff training. She worked for practices areas including Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Sleep Medicine, Surgery, Pulmonology, General Practice, Weight Management, and Neurology. Experience with eClinical Works, Epic, Allscripts, and Chart Maker.
FATIMA HERRON – Billing Team Lead – DME Specialist
Fatima has more than 11 years of experience in medical billing, specializing in durable medical equipment (DME) and sleep medicine. Her expertise includes claims processing, insurance verification, coding compliance, and revenue cycle management. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish, and has experience in both leadership and hands-on billing roles. Experience with eClinicalWorks and Brightree, Medicare protocols, and HIPAA compliance.
ERICA SATTERFIELD – Billing Team Lead – Industry Specialist
Erica is a Revenue Cycle Specialist with over 10 years of experience in healthcare information management. Expertise in optimizing revenue cycles for physician practices and healthcare facilities. Expert billing, coding processes, insurance claim management, and revenue optimization, charge entry, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up and analysis, compliance, policy implementation, credentialing, and reporting, workman’s compensation, and personal injury claims. Experience with a variety of specialties like Cardiology, Podiatry, Infectious Disease, Pediatrics, Primary Care, Gastroenterology, Concussion Care, and Home Health. Adept at streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue, with a strong focus on utilizing data analysis to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive improvements. JARIMA PETTIGREW – Billing Team Lead
Jarima is a medical biller with nearly 10 years of experience specializing in Otolaryngology and Pulmonology and Family Practice. This includes coding, payment posting, patient outreach, and insurance verification and receivables follow up. She is knowledgeable in medical billing systems such as APME and eClinicalWorks.
TRINA FOSTER – Senior Coding Specialist
Trina is a dedicated Charge Entry Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in medical billing and coding. She is highly skilled in ICD-10 and CPT coding, electronic claims processing, and working with various revenue cycle management software systems. She has a strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic health record systems like PDS, Azalea and eClinicalWorks. Her experience covers pulmonology, neurology, pain management, primary care and surgical centers in office, hospital, and long-term care billing. Trina holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from the University of Phoenix.
NEELAM ATIT – Credentialing Specialist
Neelam has over 25 years of experience in Medical Billing Industries. Neelam specializes in credentialing, licensure and overseeing/assisting in accreditation. She has managed and trained staff including offshore personnel. (India since fluent in Hindi and Gujarati) Neelam’s background also includes schedule management, verification and authorization, charge entry, payment posting, A/R and claims follow-up and provider liaison.
